Why Just TOUR Austin When You Can EXPERIENCE Austin Too

Updated: May 13

Tour Austin suspended operations in March 2020 when COVID-19 came to visit. We spent our quarantine getting to know Austin better and defined two very different ways we want to Experience Austin in 2021 and beyond. Knowing each endeavor will need its own focus and resources we made the decision to split the company into two organizations.

Moving forward Tour Austin will focus on making Austin's thriving outdoor art scene more accessible as a non-profit organization. Over the course of the next few months we will be launching a public and private partnership to document and share the 1000+ outdoor art installations in Austin. Check out our pilot project Hearts of the East Side.

To help fund Tour Austin's new mission, we launched Experience Austin and pivoted our services to focus on designing and executing event and travel experiences in and around Austin. We believe the ordinary becomes extraordinary when you focus on the experience.

Our menu of services will include creating custom experiences and itineraries for groups of all sizes that are celebrating any type of occasion, providing concierge services and providing shuttle services throughout the Heart of Texas (including Austin FC games, Concerts at COTA, Fredericksburg Day Trips, San Antonio Spurs games, Waco Day Trips and more). Whether you live in Austin or are visiting our amazing city, our team will take care of all of the details so you can focus on enjoying the experience from start to finish.

To celebrate our re-entry we are offering 20% off all products and services when you make a purchase and use the promo code WELCOMEBACK before May 31, 2021. A percentage of all Experience Austin sales will be donated to Tour Austin (a pending 501c3 organization). If you would like to support our mission by getting involved or making a financial contribution, please contact us at or (512) 222-9721.
